But we're not talking about just any hot chocolate; we're talking about a rich and indulgent Barti Rum Caramel Hot Chocolate. This recipe brings together velvety hot chocolate and a boozy cream topping for the ultimate boozy experience!

Ingredients:

For the Hot Chocolate:

  • 450ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons of Crwst's Hot Chocolate blend

For the Boozy Cream Topping:

  • 100ml double cream
  • A couple of spoons of Barti Rum Caramel (adjust to taste)

Extra Touch (Optional):

  • Barti Rum Caramel, for an ultimate boozy hot chocolate

Method:

1. Perfect Hot Chocolate:

  • Begin by pouring 450ml of milk into a saucepan.
  • Place the saucepan over low heat and gently warm the milk while stirring occasionally. It's important not to let the milk come to a boil; we're aiming for the perfect, soothing temperature.
  • Keep an eye out for small bubbles forming at the sides of the pan. These gentle bubbles indicate that the milk has reached the ideal temperature for your hot chocolate.
  • Once you see those bubbles, take the saucepan off the heat.

2. Infusing: 

  • Whisk in 4 tablespoons of Crwst's hot chocolate blend into the warmed milk. Make sure the hot chocolate blend is fully whisked in, resulting in a velvety and smooth mixture.

3. Prepare the Boozy Cream Topping:

  • In a separate bowl, start by whisking up 100ml of double cream. *For a boozy twist* add a couple of spoons of Barti Rum Caramel. Whisk with purpose until you achieve soft peaks; the cream should be thick yet airy.

5. Assembling Your Masterpiece:

  • Pour the hot chocolate into your favourite mugs! Dollop a spoonful of the boozy cream topping onto the hot chocolate. 

7. Elevate with an Extra Touch (Optional):
