Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days
Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. Small parcels are delivered via Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg in weight will be delivered via APC Overnight.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. All orders can be tracked. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. We aim for all orders to be delivered within 48 hours of being dispatched (please note that during busy periods our couriers may take longer to deliver your order)
Q. My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
A. Please email sales@crwst.cymru or call 01239 920348 quoting your order number & we’ll do our utmost to find out what has gone wrong.
