Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days
Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. Small parcels are delivered via Royal Mail. Larger orders over 4kg in weight will be delivered via ParcelForce.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. All orders can be tracked. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. We aim for all orders to be delivered within 48 hours of being dispatched (please note that during busy periods our couriers may take longer to deliver your order)
Q. My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
